'Behind The Fall' is an inside look into our creative process—from rough sketches and skate sessions to early concepts that influence our designs. Why are your products made to order?
Our clothing is produced on demand after an order is placed to help us avoid unnecessary production and environmental waste.
How do I contact customer support?

Shipping & Delivery
How much does UK shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate UK shipping for £4.99 on all orders, with no need to calculate shipping costs at checkout.
How long will my delivery take?
All products are made to order. Please allow time for production before dispatch, followed by approximately 3 working days for delivery. Most orders arrive within one week of being placed.
Where are your products printed and shipped from?
Our products are printed on demand by our production partners and shipped directly to your door in the UK.
How do I track my order?
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent out.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Occasional delays can occur due to production or courier schedules. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ownthefallsupply@gmail.com and we will investigate.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us at ownthefallsupply@gmail.com that you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Please do not send returns directly to our fulfillment partner—contact us first to receive appropriate return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with a significant print/production issue, please contact us promptly at ownthefallsupply@gmail.com (ideally within 30 days of receipt). Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Full size measurements are provided on each product page and our items are tested true to size. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you order the wrong size, our standard change-of-mind returns policy applies.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once a refund is approved and processed in accordance with UK consumer law, funds will be returned to your original payment method within standard provider processing times.

How should I wash and care for my apparel items?
To keep your custom-printed clothing looking its best, machine wash cold inside out with like colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron directly over printed designs.
